Melbourne Town Hall: Sunday 6th November 2016

As an overture to the Remembrance Day commemoration ceremonies in November, the Air Force Band are playing a special tribute concert in for the men and women of the armed forces who have served our country and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

The repertoire will be both a reflection and inspiration with the program including Bach's Passacaglia and Fugue in C Minor, Maslanka's In Memoriam, Grainger's Irish Tune from County Derry, Teike's Old Comrades and Respighi's Pines of Rome.

The Air Force Band's Melbourne In Memoriam concert is being played on Sunday 6th November 2016 at 2pm at the Melbourne Town Hall, Swanston Street, Melbourne. Everyone, of all ages, are welcome to attend and entry to this very special event is free.
