Gold Coasters can now bounce their way to fitness, with Air Factory at Burleigh launching the city's first trampoline-based workout for those looking to ditch their gym for a unique and high calorie burning program.

Air Factory - which is Australia's largest indoor trampoline park - is also kicking off the year with a range of tumbling and tricking classes for those looking to reach new heights and hone their skills.

An open day on Thursday 26th February will be held to showcase what each of the classes has to offer.

Uni students, young professionals and parents seeking a unique and fun way to work out can trial a trampoline fitness class for free on the open day, while kids and teens who want to master flips and tricks can watch coaching demonstrations for tumbling and wall climbing classes.

The venue has more than 140 trampolines, with a unique professional zone which includes a 17 metre tumbling strip and walls ranging up to 5 metres in height which can be used to perform a range of aerial tricks.
