Shopaholics reunite with the easy option of Afterpay
Have you ever looked through your closet and thought I have so much stuff but nothing to wear? Or wanted to re-vamp your entire wardrobe and get rid of the pesky clutter but don't have the funds for new things? If you answered yes to either of these questions than do yourself a favour and look into Afterpay!

Afterpay, to me, is the best thing since sliced bread. Basically it works either in-store or online and any purchase made between a store's limits can be paid off through Afterpay. Payments are made over 8 weeks or 4 instalments and the best thing about it is no fees when you pay on time.
With my own unhealthy and costly obsession with bikinis & the warmer months on the horizon, I decided to give Afterpay a go with my favourite online store SurfStitch. The easy and manageable process of using Afterpay made the decision to give it a go so much better than what I thought. They send emails to notify you when payment is coming up, they can take it out automatically as well, so there is really no stress with Afterpay. I am now going to take on the dreaded task of cleaning out my whole wardrobe (much to my boyfriend's happiness) and investing in a smaller but more all-round wardrobe with 'tough' pieces that I can wear again and again.
As always there are conditions to using these methods, rather than buying straight away. But the only 'little font' you have to know is that your first time using Afterpay, you will have to pay the first instalment when purchasing. Think of it as a deposit, and then every two weeks you pay the same amount until your 8 weeks is up and you're now the proud full owner of your items purchased. If you happen to not have the funds in your set account the day off your instalment is due, a $10 late fee will be automatically added to the amount you have to pay then more fees if your payment is delayed further. So just make sure you have the correct funds in your account!

Afterpay is brand new in 2016 but it already has over 600 stores using the concept. Notable brands that are using Afterpay are Tony Bianco, Arnhem Clothing, SurfStitch, Hi-Smile, City Beach Australia, Optus, The Ninety Nine, General Pants Co. and so much more! It's not just clothing, although that's always handy) but homeware, electronic, camping stores etc. have also taken on the idea.
There has never been an easier and more affordable way to purchase your most desired items than now with Afterpay. So if you haven't already check it out! Feel free to leave any comments below of stores you would love to see use Afterpay, as the company is still young they are always on the lookout.
