An irresistible collection of themed menus for a variety of afternoon tea parties. Offering delicious recipes and all the creative inspiration you need to host a memorable tea gathering.
Classic English Tea
Considered by many to be the "Champagne" of Indian teas, Darjeeling is the classic choice for afternoon tea. Then, don't forget finger sandwiches.
Japanese Tea
The Japanese discovered the benefits of tea drinking from the Chinese, the result of contact between Buddhist priests from the two countries.
Champagne Tea
Mother's Day Tea
This popular flavored tea is a blend of China black tea and the essential oil of bergamot. It is wonderfully aromatic and has a smoky yet citrus flavor that is light.

Why not host a winter wonderland tea party every year and make it a keenly anticipated festive tradition for your family and friends?
Valentine's Day Tea
Baby Shower
French Tea
Oolong tea has a remarkable flavor reminiscent of fresh peaches and apricots. A hint of spice with no bitterness.
Floral Garden Tea
Bridal Shower
Southern Style Tea
Every true Southern has her own way of making the perfect pitcher of iced tea and the recipe here is just one way.
Russian Tea Ceremony
Over the last 200 years, the tea party has become one of the most pervasive cultural traditions in Central Russia. Blinis with sour cream and caviar is often served.
Gentleman's Tea
High Tea
Fireside Tea
Warm parmesan and bacon pancakes with chive butter is a lovely winter treat and a good way to start the fireside tea.
Moroccan Tea
Tropical Tea
A Tropical Tea punch would be perfect in a hazy heat of a tropical afternoon.
Sweet Sixteen
Big Top Tea
"Strongman" Tuna, corn and spinach sandwiches are packed with healthy fresh spinach and guaranteed to build extra-big muscles on little strong men (and women!)
Teddy Bear's Picnic
Opinion
As you can tell, I have left quite a few chapters empty. Those specific chapters did not impress me. The chapters that did impress me, I gave an example.
My favorite recipe is the "Big Top Tea". A good way to get your Omega-3s and vegetables!
I would borrow this book from the local library before buying it.
I give this book a
4-star rating.
