African Festival in the Park 2023 - FREE Entry

Africa2Australia is proudly presenting the 4th edition of African Festival in the Park 2023 at Stage 88 Commonwealth Park on Saturday 22nd April 2023.

All are welcome to come along and enjoy fabulous family-friendly activities including live stage entertainment, an art and craft market and food stalls offering a wide range of traditional African cuisine.

Kicking off at 10 am and running to 8 pm, the jam-packed program includes:

Live Stage Entertainment: Throughout the day you can enjoy a diverse line-up of live music by talented local musicians and bands, plus dance and drumming performances!

Market: Discover art, crafts, homewares, fashion and gifts made Canberra's creative community. There are sure to be some amazing items for your home and gift ideas for loved ones.

Food Stalls: Indulge in traditional African dishes from across the continent! There will be everything from street food favourites to tantalising homestyle dishes and sweet treats.
