See a Dinosaur, go on The Rampage and ride the Black Widow
Adventure World is always a popular day out, especially when the sun is shining and you can make the most of combining the thrill and fun of rides with a splash in the pools and race down the waterslides. For this year's season at Adventure World there is now even more to look forward to, with great additions to your day of fun. Here are the highlights.

Dinosaur Island

Due to open towards the end of November, Dinosaur Island allows visitors to travel through the portal back to prehistoric times and see moving dinosaurs, there's even rumours of a T-Rex. This will be a real treat for any dinosaur loving kids out there.

Story Corner - At Dragon Kingdom

Dragon's Kingdom

Adding to the kids' haven that is already in existence at Dragon's Kingdom, the Story Corner will provide a stage area for performances by characters Yarli, Flossy and Yarli's little sister Yarlotte. This area will also provide photo opportunities for your family with favourite cast members.

Rampage and the Power Surge get a Makeover

As if these rides weren't scary enough, there's now going to be a giant minotaur who's trying to escape the power of the Rampage, in addition to Power Surge getting a complete makeover to become the newly named Black Widow; complete with giant spider and web.

Cabana Rental

If you're having a celebration at Adventure World this year, or you just want to treat yourself to a bit of luxury, then resort style cabanas are now able to rent for the day for $100. These poolside cabanas include storage, deck chairs, table, fridge (with bottled water included), fan and are perfect for up to 5 of your closest friends or family.

Swooshing Slides

To start the season off in style, there's a new split second timer board that's been added to Aqua Super 6 Racer so that there's no grumbling on who the real winner is, in addition to refurbished speed slides for extra fast racing action.

Koala Cuddles

Finally, after you've had your fill of the rides and the excitement of the water park perhaps you'd like to cuddle a koala and have your picture taken. For this season, there are now photo opportunities with the koalas from the Aussie Wildlife Experience, a great take home souvenier of your day.

If you think that you'll be heading to Adventure World a few times to check out and enjoy all these new additions, then it's worth considering the season pass which is currently on sale until October 6th and could save you over $50 if you buy now.
