Willy Wonka Style Dessert Train
If the bright lights don't grab your attention, the Willy Wonka style dessert train most certainly will at the Adriano Zumbo Patisserie in Sydney's The Star Casino.

Well known as Sydney's macaron and dessert king from his Masterchef fame, Adriano Zumbo's exciting concept store at The Star comprises a patisserie and a unique dessert train.

Lured in by the bright pink neon lights and the thought of endless desserts floating past on rotation, the dessert train is an experience not to be missed.

Eye-catchingly spectacular, the dessert train is playful, colourful, and is much like a dessert playground for both children and adults alike.

It showcases Zumbo's original dessert creations all lit up in fluorescent glory, making for a treat for both the eyes and the taste-buds.

If you've ever been to a sushi train restaurant, you'll know that each dish is presented on a coloured plate and each colour represents a different dollar value. Here, the plates range from $5 to $10, depending on what colour you choose.

It is a hard choice when you have such an amazing selection of desserts to choose from, that simply circulate past your eyes.

One can opt for the famous macarons or Zumbarons as they are known, or try some of the more inspiring desserts including cakes, tarts and other specialties.

Alternatively, you can order from the menu. An outstanding choice would have to be the Dirty Dani cake, which is a caramel creme chantilly, with passionfruit creme, salted caramel mousse, hazelnut dacquoise, and caramel crunch, housed in milk chocolate plaques. Sound amazing? Well it is!

The flavours of the salted caramel, cream, chocolate and hazelnuts with the smooth and crunchy consistency is out of this world. You will be in sweet heaven when you try this cake.

Overall, the Adriano Zumbo dessert train showcases Adriano's philosophy about food, which demonstrates that it should be fun, textural, appealing to the eye and above all else taste great.

Head here for a unique dessert experience and to fulfil your sweet tooth.
