A trip to Adriano Zumbo's always fills me with excitement and I'm like a little kid in a lolly shop. So on a cold and dreary Sydney day I decided that there was no better way to brighten things up than with a trip to Adriano Zumbo. And I was right. This profiterole tower of pear delight is just one of Zumbo's inspired and zany sweet treat offerings. It was just as delicious as it looks with the choux pastry soft and the pear subtle and not too sweet, and I was definitely a happy little camper with my selection.
