Studying media/law at UNSW. Can't decide between being a journalist like Clark Kent, a lawyer like Elle Woods or running an inn like Lorelai Gilmore. Until then...I write.

The destination for tea lovers
Move aside T2 and Tea Centre - Adore Tea is taking over.

Adore Tea, located in Gold Creek, Canberra (but there are other locations as well) has over 200 types of teas. Adore Tea is a small cafe that also sells tea to take home as well as tea-related products like beautiful sets of teapots, teacups and saucers, travel cups, tea strainers. There's such a wide variety of designs, and the prices are reasonable too. Your only problem is which of the bright beautifully coloured teapots to take home with you.

With over 200 types of teas, how will you know what to buy? They have some prepared to taste, so you don't make a mistake.

Taste testing the teas!

There's also a cafe where you can order any of the teas. It comes in a pot and you can drink according to the strengths you like. The staff are very friendly and helpful in giving advice. Also on the menu are delicious goodies, many of them consisting of tea-infused flavours. I had the scones with raspberry and blackberry jam, they were amazing.

You can't go wrong with a bit of shopping, a bit of afternoon, and of course - tea. If you're a tea lover, Adore Tea is definitely a place to visit. If you're not a tea lover, you have to visit and you'll be converted.
