Hotel guests and visitors will have the chance to chow down on some complimentary antipasto, as well as taking advantage of the extended happy hour from 4:30pm to 6:30pm - which includes half price oysters and $15 glasses of Louis Roederer - all whilst being able to get to know Australian artist Renae Geddes, and ask her about her work and words of wisdom.
Managing director Dion Chandler has stated that the Adelphi has always loved having the work of local artists on display. "Our guests are always interested to know more about the artists we feature," Dion said. "When we met Renae we thought what better way to feature her work than to her have in hour where people can ask questions and really engage with her art".
These live art sessions will be on from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, Tuesday to Friday from June 14th until July 1st. A painting that Renae has produced especially for the Adelphi will also be available for viewing in the foyer.
