Moana Beach

When summer comes around people all over Adelaide start flocking to the beach. The question is, which beach do they go to? If you've got a favourite place that you like to spend the warmer months then we want to know which one it is. Does Adelaide even have a favourite beach, or are we just happy as long as we can find some surf and sand.

There are lots of reasons why one of these beaches could claim the top spot. Maybe you've found the best beach to catch some ways, or just a secluded spot where you can sunbathe in peace. Glenelg is one of the top Adelaide tourist beaches, surrounded by shops and cafes to make sure your trip to the beach is a good one. Or perhaps you'd prefer heading down another Jetty Road and visiting Brighton Beach, where the beach isn't as big but the shopping strip is a bit more relaxed.

Glenelg Beach

If you like to feel free when you hit the waves, then Maslin Beach could be the place for you. This was Australia's first nudist beach, you'll still be able to enjoy this beach if you prefer your beach-goers clothed as only part of the beach allows nudity. Some other popular beaches along the Fleurieu Peninsula might include Middleton, Port Elliot, or Goolwa. Maybe you prefer Victor Harbour, where the attractions are many and you can even take camel rides on the beach.

So whichever seaside spot you like the most, we want to know all about it. Let us know if it delivers the best waves in the region, or if its surrounded by some great beach-side bistros. Perhaps it is the perfect spot to have a weekend getaway, or you love the spot because it is just around the corner and so easy to get to. Whatever you reason we know you have an opinion, so tell us Adelaide where we can find the best beach.
