These days most people have heard of "Reiki". Reiki is an energy healing where blocked energy or emotions in your chakras system can be released to allow the recipient to feel energised and calmer.

is performed with the patient fully clothed laying on a massage table, with his or her eyes closed. A session takes approximately an hour with the recipient feeling as though they have had a relaxing massage. Hands can be laid upon the patient but if you feel uncomfortable with this, you can ask your practitioner to move the hands above the body.
During the session, some people feel a tingling as the energy passes through them or a warmness and some people feel nothing at all. The healer is guided to different areas of the patient's body where intuitively he or she feels there are problem areas.

Botanic Park, Plant Tree Drive, Adelaide from 11.00am to 2.00pm. This is a FREE event, however, you need to register through
Eventbrite to attend.
