Adelaide local who loves her city
Published July 3rd 2011
Located on Burma Road at Pooraka, the Adelaide Produce Markets are a great place to purchase your fresh fruit and vegetables. The market is open from 6am until 1pm every Sunday and they also have a huge selection of other items for sale.

These items include books, antiques, fresh food, clothes and lots more. It's a great day out for the whole family or just for a relaxing time out on your own. Rain, hail or shine these markets are here to provide the public with cheap, fresh produce. You would be crazy to shop anywhere else and the supermarkets just charge far too much.

Take the short drive from the city down to Pooraka and visit the markets this weekend and discover it for yourself. Make sure you have an empty car boot because you are sure to fill it up with quality bargains very quickly.
