Semaphore Beach Foreshore
Out and about Easter weekend and looking for something to do with the kids? The Adelaide International Kite Festival is a free community event that's held annually at Semaphore on Easter weekend. From the 8th of April to the 10th.

Semaphore Beach Foreshore
This FREE community event will have people lining all up and down the esplanade in Semaphore, where you will find ample parking. The times to be there over the three days are between 11am and 5pm so if you are in the Nothern Suburbs and looking for a break to enjoy the sights, put this in your diary. Why not use it as an excuse for a pit stop to grab a coffee and relax a bit with the beach breeze?

Semaphore Beach Foreshore
This incredible display will light up the faces of the young and old, with kites of all sizes and shapes. The different themes include brightly coloured animals, dragons, reptiles, sea creatures, superheroes, cartoon characters and traditional kite shapes.

Semaphore Beach Foreshore
The weekend festival at the Semaphore beach foreshore was initially started in 1997 and has been going strong ever since. This year the event is brought to the South Australian community by Adelaide Kite Flyers Association and K Marie Events.
