This is going to be huge
Friday the 15th February - this is going to be huge!

This year the Parade will run along King William Street, starting from North Terrace and finishing in Victoria Square.

As opposed to last year, this year's parade will be viewable from both sides of King William Street. Great for those who couldn't see over the heads of the massive crowd that was there last year (like me!).

The Christmas Pageant blue line will be used for all the spectators and is the guide for seating and viewing. My tip: get there early!! Bring a low chair and/or a picnic rug, something to entertain the kids and sit back and relax till the parade begins.

Adelaide loves their pageants and this is a truly spectacular one - lots of colour and noise from the thousands of Fringe artists, including DJ TR!P who will convert King William Street into the worlds largest dance floor!

If you are going, everyone is asked to get into the party mood by lighting yourself up.

This is a free event and great for the whole family. There is an area reserved for wheelchair viewing and the whole block between North Terrace and Rundle Mall is the "Family Zone".

For the first time ever, the Fringe Parade will be broadcast live to Radio Adelaide (101.5) for blind and vision impaired persons.

For all of the information, including the route map, go to the Adelaide Fringe Special Events page.

Seeyou there.
