A weekend of sport, fitness & fun

On 30th and 31st March, the Adelaide Fitness Expo returns to Adelaide Showground with an action-packed weekend of interactive activities, sports celebrities and events all centred around fitness, wellbeing and healthy living.

Now in its fourth consecutive year, Adelaide Fitness Expo offers something for everyone!

The Main Stage will feature natural bodybuilding and fitness models, male and female competitions over the two-day event and Martial Arts and Callisthenics demonstrations. For those more dance fitness inspired, the Main Stage will showcase some of the latest group fitness from Zumba to Hip Hop.

The CrossFit & Strength Zone will have the fittest and strongest women and men in Australia participating in CrossFit Competitions and Weightlifting, Strongman and Australian Arm-Wrestling Championships.

Watch and learn at the NEW Wellness Zone. Take part in enlightening workshops and presentations, including Diet, Nutrition, Motivation and Mindfulness.

The Adelaide Fitness Expo Celebrity Hub, promises to entertain, motivate and educate attendees with great stories and useful information shared by some of Australia's fittest celebrities, such as Jordan "Biggie" Steffens (Australian Strong Man), Carlie Hunter (Australian Champion Pole Dancer), Billy Simmonds (Vegan Bodybuilder & INBA Mr Universe), Asha Coulthard (Miss WBFF Figure World), Celeste Dixon (Australian Ninja Warrior 2018), Michelle Richards (Social Media Fitness Celebrity), Samuel Mussared (INBA & WFF Bodybuilding Champion), Freshian Rucker (WBFF Australian Men's Profitness Champion 2018), Maya Basse (WBFF Bikini Pro), and more.

You can also try your hand at the Squash SA Inflatable court, measure your pitch speed at the Baseball SA Interactive Activators, head to the SANFL Activation Zone, meet some of the players and have a go with the inflatable activities, experience the thrill, the fun and challenge of Indoor Rock Climbing or challenge yourself and join in at the F45 Adelaide Playoffs by registering for FREE at for your chance to win massive prizes.

There will also be over 100 Health & Fitness Exhibitors onsite promoting the latest in health and fitness, including exercise equipment as well as fitness clothes and memberships. Highlights include Good Life, Lorna Jane, Tennis SA, the Australian Institute of Fitness, the Fitness Warehouse, the Fit Warehouse and Fitcover Australia.

And finally, attendees can fuel up with delicious and nutritious food, drinks and great coffee at one of several food stalls surrounding the Main Stage.

Adelaide Fitness Expo is the only place where everything healthy comes together! It promises to be the ultimate weekend of fitness, health and well-being for the entire family.
