Yes, you do have time to shop at these fabulous night market
If you love markets, you will really enjoy this selection of Adelaide's top evening Christmas Markets. There are many markets on during the silly season, but I have done the hard work for you. I have collated the best evening ones for those who are just too busy on weekends leading up to Christmas. I do hope you get out to enjoy some of them.
Whether you go for the after work atmosphere to have a wind down with friends, or just go by yourself, you are sure to have a good time. These markets are run by established market event organisers with top quality artisans selling their wares. Enjoy a night off and do support the market stall holders by purchasing some special and unique gifts for giving or for you. You deserve it.

Tuesday 27 November 2018 5:30- 9:30pm Dusk Arts Market Where- 11 Jeffcott St North Adelaide Yes, it's on a Tuesday. Set in the garden of the fabulous old mansion of Carclew House, this is an easy walk from the tram stop up Montifiore St on North Tce up to North Adelaide. Head up after work and relax with music and roving performers. Plenty to eat and drink. And do some Christmas shopping while you are there.

Friday 23 November 10am-10pm Bonjour Adelaide French Market Where- Soldiers' Memorial Gardens, Unley
A combination of end of year catch up and market goodies for Christmas. Perfect time after work on a Friday evening. Everything French at this popular market - food, wine, cheese, music and perfume. Take a blanket and make it romantic.

Saturday 25 November Glenelg Christmas Market Where- end of Jetty Road
Starting after the Glenelg Pageant, this bumper market will run from 10am right through to 8pm. Take the tram. You will never find a carpark on this busy day. A big family day out.
Saturday 8th December 2-7pm Minda Carols and Christmas Markets
Where- Minda is at King George Avenue, North Brighton.
Lots for the kids to do at this family market. Food trucks, rides, face painting and Santa. 30 market stalls with lots of family fun. Gold coin entry to support this children's charity, with onsite parking at $5.

Sunday 9 December 4-8.30pm The Parks Twilight Christmas Market
The Parks Recreation and Sports Centre
Where- 46 Cowan St, Angle Park.
This would be a good one for families as there is food for tea time and plenty of activities on offer. Lots of market stalls with Christmas gifts in mind.
Friday 14th December, Saturday 15th December and
Sunday 16th December Christmas Markets in Hahndorf
Includes the Christkindlmarkt at C3 Church. All dates 4 -10pm.
A European-style Christmas Market with lots of market stalls set in a pretty night market with fairy lights. Fun family entertainment with entertainment.
And also...White Christmas Market
Where- The White House 90 Main Street, Hahndorf
Same dates as above but opens at 2pm on the Saturday and Sunday.
The established Gathered Market group are heading to the hills with their special Christmas edition markets. It will be busy up there this weekend, so consider taking the bus.

Sunday 18th November 3-7pm RSL Largs Bag Christmas Market
Where- Largs Bay RSL 17 Carnarvon Tce, Largs North
I love this little market packed with unique local wares. Very unusual candles, watches, jewellery, handmade kids clothes, artwork, chocolates, photography, relishes, clothing, plants, and more. There is a coffee van and the bar is open in the clubroom.
Saturday, 8 and 22 December 5.30-10.30pm Ebenezer Night Market
Where- Ebenezer Place off Rundle St West, Adelaide CBD
This is a great venue if you are close to the city. Open late with lots of food and party atmosphere. Unique homemade gifts and some unusual imports. Read more here.

Friday, 21 December 2018 5.30-10pm Unley Night Market- Christmas Market
Where- 170 Unley Rd, Unley.
Need last minute gifts or a catch up with mates before Christmas? Great timing for this market to drop by after work at the end of the week. Have something to eat, listen to live music and find some unique market gifts.

And last but not least is one of my favourite Christmas shopping venues; The Adelaide Central Market.
When you wander through here you're really feel Christmas is coming. What better gifts for a foodie or to welcome your guests, than the special treats for sale here including hampers of dried fruits and nuts, fresh dips and fruit and veggies galore. You won't be able to pass up the salted caramel sauce and special cakes and desserts. How about a bag of prawns for your best mate? You can find it all at Central Markets. See their extended trading hours here from December 18th including Friday nights.
