If you have been to Adelaide Airport lately, you will notice that there is much construction taking place. The terminal is being expanded to include new retail and dining precincts. The airport has announced some iconic Australian brands and local identities to be part of the retail and dining offerings which will include three of South Australia's
Masterchef favourites.
First is Maggie Beer Kitchen, which will have a dining and takeway option featuring fresh South Australian produce.
Poh Ling Yeow, affectionately known as Poh, will open her Jamface store here.
Next, is Callum Hann, who will open The Pantry, also featuring local produce, partnering with South Australian regional food artisans
It is anticipated that some of the retail and dining stores will start opening in the first half of 2020.
