It's co-created by Adam Liaw and Grant Madgwick Talented chef Adam Liaw is one of the country's most beloved TV chefs and a MasterChef Australia 2010 winner. He is also known as UNICEF Australia's National Ambassador for Nutrition, an author of five cookbooks, and a regular columnist. Grant Madgwick, the Executive Chef at Artichoke Restaurant, has spent the past 20 years working throughout Australia and Asia. He is known for fusing modern Australian, Indian, French, Italian and Asian flavours. Adam and Grant have created a 4-course Secret Menu.
