Sharon Pegrum is an Access Bars Consciousness practitioner offering healing sessions in both Toodyay and the Swan Valley. As a healing modality, Sharon likens Access Bars to reflexology on the head but with a much greater potential for change.

Sharon trained as an Access Bars Practitioner after experiencing the benefits of this healing modality herself. She said "I came to Access Bars as a way to treat my own anxiety and physical pain and I was blown away by how life-changing it is. I have experienced many different modalities but none so powerful as this".

Introduced in the early 1990s by Gary Douglas, Access Bars is a gentle hands-on modality, where a practitioner lightly touches points on the head, referred to as Bars. These Bars are 32 unique points that correlate to different areas and aspects of life.

The process that occurs when a practitioner gently touches the Bars is explained as the release of the electromagnetic charge of thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may be limiting in different areas of life, The aim is to gently clear unhelpful thoughts and emotions that are creating limitations and discomfort.

If you are keen to try this modality, book a session with Sharon here
