AAPS (Australian Animal Protection Society) is a community based, not-for-profit charity that relies upon donations, volunteers, and community support. AAPS has moved into a new home at 26 Aegean Court, Keysborough, Victoria and they are celebrating their grand opening with a celebration and Christmas Market.



Their new home, a purpose-built facility, will allow them to care for, treat and rehome a greater number of animals and contribute more to animal welfare. AAPS Home For Christmas is on Sunday 5th December between 11am and 4pm. This is a free dog-friendly event and is fun for all the family with lots of activities and entertainment.

Start writing the gift list and get your Christmas shopping done at the unique market stalls. Stalls include: Dearest Sally Snowdrop, Muffin Armstrong, Laila and Me, Mary's Plant Stall, Luna Collars, Kathy Sayce Jewellery, Slingguard, Simply Personal Co and Soaped Up.

Buy a ticket in the Christmas raffle (and fingers crossed you'll win) to raise funds for the AAPS. Have your photo taken with Father Christmas. There are competitions for kids (the human kind, not the baby goats) and pooches. Plus, lots more on the day.

Grab a bite to eat and drink from the many food trucks. Take your pick from: Soulful Vegan Food, OMG Decadent Donuts, Little Legs Coffee, Vegan Sausage Sizzle, and Froygo.
