Aabi's at Byron is a 4.5 star rated luxury accommodation located in the beautiful beach town of Byron Bay, Northern NSW. In a surprisingly quiet but central location, the pristine set-up of Aabi's offers adults a romantic escape, a private getaway amongst friends or just a peaceful nights stay in Byron.
For a weekend getaway to escape Brisbane, I chose Byron as the destination as it's always the place to be for swimming in clear waters, taking road trips in the lush countryside, incredible food and nightlife! Sometimes though the busyness of Byron Bay can affect your opinion on the place for a relaxing and quiet getaway. Stumbling upon
Aabi's was a welcoming surprise that there could be quiet places to stay and not hear the sound of Bongo drums or music from the pubs and clubs. It's not that I don't like it, just doesn't help when you're trying to sleep!
Aabi's at Byron is located at
17 Ruskin Street in Byron Bay. Its location offers under ten-minute walks (if that) to the local shopping centre, boutique stores, the beach, pubs and the central hub of Byron Bay. It is also only a five-minute drive to nearby towns
Suffolk Park &
Broken Head. So it makes for a great place to stay if you want to explore the neighbouring areas of Byron.
My favourite aspect of Aabi's definitely goes to the Balinese theme they have created; the 'backyard' is one of the best I have ever seen. It has a large pool with rock features, Buddha statues and fountains cascading in. An undercover spa for those unfortunate cloudy days and an indoor shower to wash the chlorine and possible saltwater off!
There is also the entertaining area with comfy and shaded couches, shaded dining arrangements, a BBQ set up and a communal kitchen. Imagine a full English breakfast whilst you sit under the rotunda next to the pool!
Aabi's has become my favourite place to stay when in Byron Bay for more than just the reasons stated above. It is a pristine condition villa-style accommodation that offers luxury and comfort that you don't find too often. The added bonus that this place is exclusive to adults only, you have to be at least 18 years old, means that your stay will be a peaceful and quiet one. If there are any hiccups when staying here, the lovely live-in managers will accommodate to ensure your stay is memorable for the best kind of reasons!
I give 'Aabi's at Byron' five stars &
