A delicious twist on traditional Italian
While it's already developed quite a fan base in the Docklands and South Yarra; pizza place A25 has opened up at a brand new location in the Melbourne CBD.
Located on Lonsdale St and Hardware Lane, A25 puts a quirky twist on traditional Italian fare as well as a variety of options for city breakfast diners. Italian coffee, pastries and breakfast items that can be 'on the go' means city workers are sure to kick-start their morning in the very best way.

The menu is a little bit different from what you might expect from a 'pizza place' courtesy of restaurateur, Remo Nicolini and Raymond Capaldi's mixture of both traditional and modern cuisine. The pair have come up with a unique quality of dough that produces yeast free pizzas which are light and easy to digest so you won't leave feeling like you've eaten a brick.
Frequent diners to A25 enjoy a new type of dough highlighted each week using alternative flours such as spelt, kamut and enkir flour as well as unusual flavours including the Bim Bum Bam (pictured above) with prawns, pancetta, truffle porcini, broccolini, truffle aioli and parmesean
Those with a bit of a sweet tooth will be in for some delicious treats with the Italian gelato menu, milkshakes and four different Nutella-inspired pizzas including the Black Forest with toppings such as cherries, blackberries, raspberry dust, fior di latte ice cream strawberry chocolate flakes and a strawberry puree injection (pictured below).
