It is hard to believe, but the first term of 2017 is flying by and the Autumn school holidays are fast approaching. If the kid(s) in your life enjoy doing a school holiday program, so they can practice their favourite sport or learn a new skill, then you need to book them in early - as places are filling up fast! There is a
huge variety of programs they can do - from sailing to dancing and everything in between. Take a scroll through this list and see if there is anything that interests your kid(s)...there should be plenty!
1/ Canberra Glassworks in Kingston hold popular school holiday workshops in their creative Hotshop. This Autumn kids can make their own wooden treasure boxes with glass inlay in the lid, a glass tile with a bug inside and/or an Autumn inspired tile. 2/ Forest Park Riding School in Stromlo host school holiday programs where kids are allocated a horse for 5 days and are in charge of its grooming and care. 3/ The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) in Bruce run school holiday programs each year in a variety of sports and this Autumn holidays they will also be including AFL into the list! 4/ Zoocation** is a fun program for kids between Kindy and Year 6, where they get to explore behind the scenes of the
