A retired business owner, my passions are cooking, photography and eating. I use all three of these when I write for recipeyum.com.au which is on HubGarden
Vegan food is good! Well, I should say it is good when it is made by someone who knows exactly how to make vegan food. Vegan food can taste just like food that is vegetarian and indeed it can also taste like food that is also ordinary food and it can even taste of meat when made correctly!
This vegan food function is the last Vegan Odyssey for this year and is going to be a huge event! In case you missed the last three feasts, then, in this case, you are in luck!
Chef George Tsimpidis will be making some favourites from all of the three last dinners and he will combine them into one big vegan feast.
This will all happen on Tuesday 29th October 2019 from 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm. It will be held at Brika, 3/177 Stirling Street, Perth. The cost per person for bookings is $59 and the tickets can be bought at this site.
While you are there, you will be able to eat the very much liked Kelemia, a stuffed onion, pan-fried Hortopita - Greek pie, Okra popcorn, delicious sweet baklava and much more. This food will be meat-free and dairy-free.
Just in case you missed the last event then you will have to get in quickly this time as these functions book out very quickly.
