St Kilda's Captain Baxter Kitchen & Bar will combine with VARIETY – The Children's Charity Victoria to present on Saturday evening 10th June commencing at 7 PM.



The event is a celebration of World Gin Day and will feature bespoke gin producers presenting a gin masterclass showcasing Australian boutique gins and pairing them with the mouth-watering menu prepared by Captain Baxter's Max Dawson.

This event will feature cocktails and canapés on arrival and a 3-course sit down dinner complete with matched gins courtesy of Lark Distillery, Blind Tiger Gin and The Melbourne Gin Company.

Cost is $150 per person all-inclusive and proceeds from the night will go towards helping VARIETY in its quest to care for under privileged children in Victoria.
