On Sunday the 28th of August 2022, you are invited to join The Green Gourmet for A Taste of the Fleurieu as part of the Fleurieu Food Festival. It will be a winter vegetarian feast workshop to remember as you potter in their kitchen at Willunga from 11am to 2:30pm.
The workshop will showcase some of the best Fleurieu Peninsula produce including almonds, cheese, olive oil, wine, and vinegar. You will learn how to transform these produce into amazingly nourishing meals. Curries, casseroles, risottos and traybakes are the perfect winter warming dishes. There will be a mix of demonstration as well as hands-on cooking with tastings, notes and recipes provided. The workshop will then end with a shared lunch and a glass of wine.
