Live music at the National Gallery of Australia
The Canberra International Music Festival is held between 27th April - 6th May. Included in the festival will be 5 free performances at the James Turrell Skyspace - which is a dome sculpture that you walk into in front of the National Gallery of Australia. The outside of the Skydome is grass, so it blends into the surroundings, however when you walk inside there is water and a large stone dome that you walk into, to look up and view the sky. This venue is the ideal place for an acoustic, musical performance.

Between 30th April - 4th May, German recorder sensation Susanna Borsch will perform two short performances at 5:15pm and 5:45pm in this acoustic space. See the Canberra International Music Festival program for details. To hear her music, listen to the YouTube clip below (from 2014).
