Many of these artists have had their works exhibited in museums or art galleries globally. Collectively this group of artists have an extraordinary reputation in the visual arts industry. The memento size offers a unique opportunity for buyers as their work is already very collectable. This exhibition is as diverse as the range of artists participating.
Some found the small scale challenging and extremely rewarding. Gregory Becker (USA) and Queensland artist

Steven DaLuz (USA) and
Lorna Allen (NZ) created major works based on these submissions. Most are accredited art teachers with the most highly regarded art schools worldwide. Some are known for conducting art workshops anywhere around the globe. They simply select a location and their students come to them.
Avril Thomas said, "Some of these artists, I've had contact with for up to 9 years on Face Book. Some have come to visit, from UK, USA and Canada. I'd only dreamed of seeing their work properly, and now these generous wonderful artists are, sending their work to Magpie Springs! It's quite extraordinary!!" It's so great to be receiving support from skilled South Australian artists too."
The exhibition will be held at Magpie Springs Gallery, with its vineyards and surrounding bushlands of the Southern Mount Lofty Ranges, near Willunga. The event will be opened by
Greg Mackie, OAM, Founder of thehttps://www.facebook.com/ideasadelaide/] Festival of Ideas in SA.[/LINK] Held in conjunction, with a unique group of South Australian women,
