South Melbourne Market, corner of Cecil and Coventry Streets, South Melbourne, has a culinary voyage around the Market on offer, to indulge in a menu from under the sea at A Seafood Affair . Explore the Market's sights, sounds and smells as you take a self-guided tour, stopping along the way to sample dishes featuring the Market's incredible range of seafood from some of the wonderful delis, restaurants and traders. Find the FAQs here . This Seafood Affair runs from 12-22 June 2024, and you can get your $99.00 tickets here . Be warned that tickets are selling fast, with a couple of dates already sold out. Timeframes run from2-4pm or 11am-1pm. Should you need to cancel your ticket, you must do so up to 7 days prior to the event date, or no refunds will be issued. There are also no refunds for no-shows.

When you arrive, be sure to head to the Market Office in the Centre Aisle where you'll receive your Seafood Affair Stamp Card, Map, and Market Bag to start you on your journey. This is a self-guided tour, so you can roam the Market in your own time, stopping along the way to enjoy the delicious food. It is however recommended that you allow at least 1-2 hours to complete the tour. Just note that normal Market hours apply, so you want to make sure you cover the tour in ample time to stop and eat the food your ticket has bought you.
