Sausage Specialties and More

Wine or beer together with sausages in summer equals yummy, especially when the wine and beer come from The Innocent Bystander and the sausages from a local Yarra Valley Butcher, The Beef Joint. It won't be just sausages but lots of other delicacies too, even for the non-carnivores.

Held at the Innocent Bystander urban cellar door, restaurant and bar located in the picturesque Yarra Valley you are in for a snag feast. Starting with sausage pizza specials (think Morcilla, Calabrese, Chorizo and more), there will be lots of other delicacies too, so check out the menu here.

Besides the good food and wine, you will also be supporting the local CFA by buying a raffle ticket. In this season of bushfires and the CFA's role in fighting these, we all need to support them in any way we can. The raffle gives you the chance to win a gourmet meat tray from The Beef Joint along with Innocent Bystander wines.

Innocent Bystander's Sausage Fest will be held from 10 am onwards at 316-334 Maroondah Highway, Healesville. It is recommended that you reserve a table through here.

And why not buy a couple of wines to enjoy at home too, they have a great range and their label is pretty cool too.
