A special dinner is planned this month for Pastuso, the fine provider of Peruvian repasts. It may come as a surprise to learn that this meal is a departure from the traditional Peruvian meat offerings; instead, it is six courses featuring superb sustainable seafood, prepared with Peruvian flair.
With dishes prepared by Pastuso's executive chef and co-owner Alejandro Saravia and Atlas Dining's head chef and co-owner Charlie Carrington, diners can expect to feast on dishes including ceviche by Atlas, Lakes Entrance sardines, and salt-crusted Hiramasa Kingfish. This one-off event takes place at 6.30pm on 11th September. Experience some of the best seafood in Australia, cooked in inspiring ways. Six courses for $115, or $155 with matching wines.
