Discover the Barossa once again this August 2021 as you explore the various events of A Little More Barossa. This food and wine festival is a month long celebration showcasing all that the region has to offer. You have the opportunity to uncover new experiences, tastes and flavours with long lunches, degustation dinners, masterclasses and much more.
Kingsford The Barossa's historic homestead has been given a new life and is now ready to serve up a six-course degustation gala dinner, a family service lunch and even two nights of luxury accommodation with country-cooked breakfast. Long lunches are also being hosted by Gibson Wines and Hart of the Barossa.
For cheese lovers, you can make your own cheese under the direction of Professional Cheesemaker Erin Jones from Cultured Cheese Schools. Recipe and notes will be provided, and you actually take home everything you make on the day. There are three workshops to choose from - camembert cheesemaking, feta cheesemaking or halloumi cheesemaking. Specific dates and prices can be found on their website.
The full program of events is available here and tickets can be purchased directly with the various event hosts. So, get ready to ignite your senses and be part of the A Little More Barossa food and wine festival this winter.
