Puppet Performance and Workshop for Kids at the Kingston Art
The Kingston Arts Centre, situated at 979-985 Nepean Highway, Moorabbin, have selected another impressive performance for children and parents this coming Easter school holidays.

Little Wing Puppets presents A Little Bit of Blue, an interactive environmental detective story told through puppetry. The story is about a bird that sneaks into a house stealing all things blue; clothes pegs, a tea cup, a ball of wool, but then the little bird thief takes it one step too far.

As well as helping to unravel a mystery, audiences learn about the extraordinary habits of the Australian Satin Bowerbird, and why they are so fascinated by the colour blue.

Performances are on Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th April, 11am and 1.30pm both days, each performance is 50 minute duration (no interval) with a half hour free craft workshop taking place before each show. Suitable for 3 10yrs.

Performances on Tuesday 9th will be shadow-interpreted in Auslan, with thanks to Deaf Children Australia.

Tickets are $15 each, or $10 each for groups of 10 . Allocated theatre seating, book your tickets at the Kingston Arts Centre box office.
