History buffs are invited to restock their bookshelves as the Royal Historical Society of Victoria (RHSV) presents their History Making Book Sale.
Formed in 1909, the Royal Historical Society of Victoria (RHSV) is committed to collecting, researching and sharing an understanding of the history of Victoria.
This book sale is an annual fundraiser for the Society, which will take place on Saturday 18th June from 10am to 3pm in the Royal Australian Army Medical Corps Training Depot - an impressive Art Deco space, listed on the Victorian Heritage Register for its state-wide architectural and historical significance.
All are welcome to attend and entry is FREE.
The theme for this year's event is 'history' and book lovers will have the opportunity to peruse and purchase a treasure trove of pre-loved history books from the libraries of the well-read - with prices as low as $1.
A truly diverse selection will be on offer, including second-hand, signed, mint condition, rare and out-of-print history books in every history subject imaginable, including:
