Who else takes a Queen's portrait used for a postage stamp?

Nobody can seriously be more excited than me with the news Bryan Adams will tour Australia next March. If you haven't seen him perform live yet, then it's about time you do.

In the industry I work in I'm lucky to have witnessed thousands of concerts, but only a few remain at the top of my list - and Bryan Adams is right up there.

Many artists today turn their concerts into an theatrical masterpiece. With that I mean extravagant lighting, costume changes, dancers, set changes the list goes on. Although it's entertaining and I'm not disputing that, when an artist can grace the stage and stand their ground without these added extras, that to me is a masterpiece in itself.

Bryan Adams holds his own - he's entertaining, raw, charismatic and allows the music to speak for itself.

After performing to millions at the 2015 AFL Grand Final, it's no wonder he's an award winning singer songwriter (65 million album sales, 21 top ten hits and seven number one singles). Delivering two of his most popular numbers, Summer of 69 and Run to You, he had the 100,000 strong crowd singing and chanting along ahead of the first bounce.

Bryan Adams last toured Australia a few years ago and will return with an arena tour in Melbourne and Sydney along with A Day On The Green concerts in Mt Cotton Qld, McLaren Vale SA, Kings Park and Botanic Garden WA, and Hunter Valley in NSW.

Adams is also an acclaimed photographer. His portrait of The Queen, taken on the occasion of her Royal Jubilee, was used on a Canadian postage stamp and his critically acclaimed exhibit 'Modern Muses' was on display in 2008 at the National Portrait Gallery in London.

There's also a special bonus if you purchase tickets to see Bryan Adams perform live in Australia next March. You'll also have the exclusive opportunity to add his new album GET UP to your order for the special price of $14.99 (physical copy) or $9.99 (digital copy).

As one of the biggest rock superstars of our time, Adams has been the recipient of the Order of British Columbia and the Order of Canada, been nominated for three Academy Awards and five Golden Globes, received 18 Juno Awards, an American Music Award and five ASCAP Film and Television Music Awards.

Stellar support at the winery shows will be provided by The Baby Animals and The Superjesus, fronted by two of the most charismatic women in Aussie rock Suze DeMarchi and Sarah McLeod. After combining for the sold-out 'She Who Rocks' tour earlier this year, the bands are thrilled to be joining the tour. This is an awesome lineup!

Don't miss music icon Bryan Adams performing songs from his forthcoming album GET UP as well as rock anthems 'Heaven', 'Summer of '69', 'Run To You', 'Cuts Like A Knife', 'Can't Stop This Thing We Started', and '(Everything I Do) I Do It For You' amongst so many more next March.
