Pancakes, tarts, croissants, muffins or dumplings, noodles, tempura or wedges? How about mushroom fritters, salad, soup or a gourmet sandwich? Or one of the many pastas or perhaps a bento box? The choices are so wide and all the food looks so good, you might need a nice coffee while you take the time to decide.

Located in the square behind Princess Street in Kew, A Caterpillar's Dream is a comfortable café has big glass windows so you can people watch while you graze. The service is prompt, but not rushed. The décor is modern.

This café is a great spot to meet for lunch or breakfast, or dinner on weekends. It has a great range of all sorts of cakes and desserts if you are just after coffee and something sweet. It's child friendly too.
Inside a Caterpillar's dream
Inside A Caterpillar's Dream

This caterpillar's dream is to support nutritious, healthy food and lifestyle that are diverse to suit everyone and to look after mind, body, soul and the planet. As such, it is a vegetarian café. It caters well for vegans and those that eat gluten free foods, with these items highlighted on the menu.

"..if we transform successfully like most caterpillars do, we will see more butterflies soaring in the sky, and the whole world will become better…" This is the dream, a caterpillar's dream.
