'A Bedfull of Foreigners' presented by The Tea Tree Players Theatre is a comedy play showing from October 1st-11th. Produced by Holly Holiday with help from Damon Hill, it's the story of two British couples who find themselves accidentally staying in the same room of a small hotel on the borders of France and Germany.

Written by Dave Freeman by arrangement with Origin Theatricals, Staring Terry Boswell as Karak, Frank Cwierniak as Heins, Georgia Stockham as Brenda Parker, Andrew Dowling as Stanley Parker, Chris Galipo as Helga Philby, Nick Hargreaves as Claude Philby and Charlotte Potter as Simone.

When Stanley (Dowling) and Brenda (Stockham) Parker are driving around France on their vacation they find themselves lost and in need of a place to stay until morning, they come to a nearby village on the border of Germany, but as it's the eve of a local festival they have trouble finding a room.

Finally they find a room that they book through the hotel concierge (Boswell), however when they arrive they see why the room was free. The hotel is on the verge of closing down due to collapsing from old age, the walls have white ants and there is wallpaper covering one of the doors. What they don't know is the hotel manage (Cwierniak) already booked the room to Nick Hargreaves (Philby) and as it's the last room they either share or one leaves.

The characters encounter lots of mishaps including Claude's wife (Galipo) driving down after his meeting to surprise him for his birthday, only to find he's there with his girlfriend (Potter). The comical plot twists are very amusing and the witty one-liners left the audience in laugher. Ending with a huge applause and a twist the audience didn't see coming, this show is well worth the money.
