Held on Thursday 25th of August, 2016 from 6.30pm in the elegant surrounds of Joondalup Resort Lakeview Ballroom, this spectacular fine-dining event will feature the participation of several award-winning chefs who will tell the culinary story of Perth to Margaret River, with quality and innovation at the forefront. Announced special guests chefs include Blair Allen from Piari & Co in Dunsborough and Chris Black.
