If so, this is a day of an obstacle course fun run and is a family day which will be held on 26th January 2019 at The State Equestrian Centre, 303 Cathedral Avene, Brigadoon.

Many have what organisers of this event term as a "dirty side"! Whether you're a mud run junkie or a foam fatale, when it comes to doing up your shoes for another fun run, you are going to want a "little more than just some dirt on your shirt".

At this fun event, you can come and get filthy clean! There will be more than 24 amazing obstacles and the 5K Foam Fest is the foamiest, muddiest, funniest 5km challenge out there.

It is for ages 8 years and up and will be a family-friendly day full of laughs. The 5k Foam Fest will have many mud pits and trail running obstacles but all of course, with a foamy fun twist!

No matter if you consider yourself a real expert mudder or perhaps you are merely a first-time foamster, you'll just love running, jumping, and falling your way through these 24 plus obstacles. The obstacles will be filled with mud, fun, and 2 million cubic feet of fluffy white foam! WOW - can you imagine this?

The 5K Foam Fest is owned and operated by 365 Sports Inc. Their events are held in Canada, the US and Australia and they are located in Ontario; Bondi, Australia and Las Vegas, Nevada.

365 Sports is a company that focuses on athletes, raising money for charity, and making fun events for their customers. More information about the company here.

There will also be 12,000 watts of great music, a FREE zone for the children 7 years and under, scrumptious food, great stall vendors and beer gardens. This will be an exciting challenge both for beginner runners as well as the more experienced ones!

Some of the obstacles include the world's largest inflatable waterslide, slip and slides, and the mucky mud pits! You can watch videos of the different obstacles at this website.

The current price to go into this fun day is just $75 but with about 60% sold, you will be wise to register here as soon as you can. You can see all the inclusions for the event at this link. Please ensure you bring the following with you on the day:

A change of clothes
Cash only

It is suggested that participants arrive at the Foam Fest at least an hour before their wave time. If you are in a team with more than 20 people, please arrive even earlier.
7:00 am - registration and festival area open
8:00 am - first wave
1:00 pm - last wave
Registration closes at 12:30 pm
5:00 pm - festival area closed

Before you begin the starters or emcee will give you a brief rundown of the course and the run guidelines. The waves will run every 15 minutes throughout the day.

The course is marked with race tape and you must stay within the tape so that you won't get lost or end up in a place you would not rather be. On the course, there are 2-3 hydration stations (depending on the weather) and washrooms, as well as more bathrooms in the Festival Zone. As foam, mud and water are the main attractions on the course, you need to prepare to get foamy, wet and muddy! The foam machines are making and pumping out foam all day and the course alters as the mud softens and the sun gets stronger.

When you arrive please follow the signs to the designated parking area. Parking will cost from $10 to $20 per vehicle depending on the location, and it is CASH ONLY. You are encouraged to do carpooling as there are limited parking spaces and also with four people to a car you will only pay $2.50 to $5 per person.
