The North Shore Craft Group was founded in 1957 and has a rich history of fostering the talents of craftspeople and artisans, creating opportunities to promote and display their works to the public.

Each year, the North Shore Craft Group holds an exhibition where the combined works of its artisans are shown to the public with many of these unique and original works being offered for sale.

The exhibition showcases crafts such as textiles, glass, ceramics, jewellery, wood, paper and leather items.

From Friday 3 July to Sunday 5 July 2015 (with opening night on Thursday 2 July), you'll have the opportunity to visit the 58th Annual Winter Exhibition and Sale to view the diverse collection of works, comprising quality handmade arts and crafts by local artisans, all having been created to reflect this year's theme, "The Reef". The different interpretations of the theme adopted across the arts and crafts will inspire you.

Not only is winter a perfect time to wander around the exhibition, the reef theme will transport you to a warmer place with white sands and turquoise waters. Thinking of summer, why not start your Christmas shopping at the exhibition - buy something original, handmade and unique for someone special, including you.

Entry to the exhibition is by gold coin donation, the proceeds of which support Dial a Mum. More information can be found on the North Short Craft Group website or their Facebook page.
