Winter time just isn't for sitting on the couch, sipping hot chocolate and watching movies. During Winter you should still be moving and keeping fit, and here are the five reasons why.
1. When it's cold, your body needs to burn more calories to keep warm. Working out outside such as using an ab gym or a piece of equipment that is too big for inside will improve your body and you'll warm up quickly as well.
2. You'll be able to burn off all that hot food you've been eating, it's true that we eat more during Winter because were cold. If you exercise a lot during Winter, you'll be able to burn off any bad foods you have eaten throughout the week.
3. You'll have an awesome body by the time Summer comes around, for the three months that it's cold and you're still exercising, your body will be looking in great condition by the time those hot months come up.
4. You'll feel great, exercising makes you feel great. It lowers stress levels, makes your body will great and overall you feel good because you can feel the results and see them as well.
5 If you exercise during Winter and don't slack off you'll feel better by the time Summer comes around, knowing that you don't have to push so hard seeing as you've exercised a lot during Winter.
