4Elements is a project created and developed to address the needs as identified by the youth in Bankstown LGA and surrounding areas. 4Elements is proud to invite music lovers and enthusiasts of the entertainment industry to a free all age community festival that is that is both alcohol and drug free. This inspiring Hip Hop festival coincides with Harmony Day.

Harmony Day is a celebration of cultural diversity. The message of Harmony Day is "Everyone Belongs". It's a day to celebrate Australia's diversity – a day of cultural respect for everyone who calls Australia home, while also recognising the traditional owners of this land. This fits perfectly with the concept of Hip Hop. Hip Hop is about unity, acceptance, socio-political awareness and creating something from nothing. It's a culture, a state of mind and a language that is emotionally charged. It is the art of the streets and has no barriers of race colour or creed. It is where self-expression is encouraged, stimulating conversation and provides an opportunity to just be without being discriminated against. You don't simply listen to it, you feel it.

The festival line-up is kaleidoscopic in its diversity; MATUSE is an international artist, actor and writer; DANCEKOOL is the first street dance studio in Sydney with a main focus on Hip Hop; Bankstown Poetry Slam (BPS) is the largest poetry slam in Australia featuring a special guest poet and a multitude of local talent.
