Do you love 4-ingredient recipes? I do, especially when they taste so good that it feels like there must be more than 4 ingredients in there! This recipe, below, is one of those recipes - it combines pork mince, grated zucchini, egg and garlic & herb breadcrumbs - that's it. The combination is tasty and healthy and the meatballs roll together nicely, so they hold their shape when you fry them. They are easy to make and even easier to eat!
Our family enjoys these Pork & Zucchini Meatballs with spaghetti and our favourite
pasta sauce, but they also taste delicious on their own, dipped into sweet chilli sauce. However you choose to eat them, you are sure to make them again and again!

A delicious and healthy combination
