Pizza is Love, Pizza is Life
When it comes to pizza, I am hard to please. The crust must be crunchy, I prefer a thin base and fresh quality ingredients, and I dislike too much cheese.

Well, I am happy to inform you that I have discovered Adelaide's best pizza bar! If you are after an authentic, wood-oven pizza experience, then look no further. 360 Gradi, is an intimate gem located in Kensington Park and situated within Adelaide's Eastern Suburbs. One thing I love about this location is the array of cafe's, restaurant's and unique shops that are within walking distance from our home. Not only are we spoilt for choice around here, but we are also never disappointed by the quality of food.

360 Gradi is an example of this. We decided to call and place our order for pick up. We immediately knew that the pizza was going to be good from the service we received over the phone. The man was extremely friendly, humorous and of course, had an authentic Italian accent. I felt as though I was talking to my friends from Italy. This instantly created a positive first impression for us. Eating traditional dishes cooked by persons of that culture makes the entire experience an exceptional one. You know first hand that the food will be good because of their immense knowledge of technique and ingredients used.

I ordered the Bufala. A simple pizza with buffalo mozzarella, basil and tomato, and I also added prawns. My partner ordered the Bufala E Crudo, which was topped with prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, basil, tomato and he added anchovies also. We were told they'd be ready within 15 minutes, which was incredibly quick for pizza. However, if you intend to dine inside, I recommend booking a table. After driving past the other day, it looked extremely busy!

The beautiful ambiance inside 360 Gradi is one you cannot deny. It is warm, intimate and extremely hospitable, with Italian workers conversing with one another. 360 Gradi is an unpretentious and simple place that deserves a lot more attention than most other pizza bars. The pizza's were amazing. No words can really describe how great they are! Extremely thin bases, so be careful it can get messy, but the crust is crunchy and airy. The pizza itself was so light, that I managed to finish the entire large pizza to myself, and that is saying something. I didn't feel bloated either, which is a positive thing for me. Overall, I rate this place a 10/10. I recommend you give it a ago!
