Once again, the annual seafood event of the year is coming back to Sydney for the 24th consecutive year!
This is going to be the biggest range of delicious fresh seafood which will be caught from all around Australia. From here, we can buy freshly cooked seafood, morning, noon and night.
As well as seafood, visitors will be able to buy things like Christmas turkey and ham from the butcher; find some of the smallgoods and gourmet meats that we eat over Christmas; and buy some olives and special imported and local cheeses from the deli. Why not buy some of the crisp wines and beers and make this Christmas one of your best in the food department.
There will also be a bakery and greengrocer on this same site, where you can buy unusual bread and the like.
And to complete the picture, Santa will be appearing at the centre. He will be there to say hello to the smaller children on Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th from 11 am to 1 pm on Monday and 10.00 am to 12.00 noon on Tuesday.
It will be held on 23rd December, starting at the early hour of 5.00 am until 24th December from 5.00 pm. It will be held at the Sydney Fish Market, Bank Street, Pyrmont.
If you want to get there via public transport, just catch the Sydney Light Rail to the Fish Market stop. Then take the bus or walk to Sydney Fish Market. Bus services 501 and 389 regularly depart from the city. For route and timetable information, visit
