Ever wanted to eat your cabbage raw and were bored of the good ol' slaw? Here's my twist on the crunchy cabbage.
1 cup finely chopped cabbage (i used the purple variety since that's what we had) 1 and a half cup yoghurt 2 Tbsp milk 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp cumin powder 1 finely chopped chilli / 1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp crushed pepper salt to taste
To make the salad
Season your cabbage with lemon juice and set aside.
Beat yoghurt with milk and add in the salt, cumin powder, chopped chilli.
When you are about to serve, add in the seasoned cabbage to the yoghurt and sprinkle some crushed pepper.
Enjoy this cooler with some real spicy Sunday food.
