This weekend, you are invited to view '3 Days of Chaos' - the latest exhibition by abstract artist Leonie Leivenzon at The Owl and the Pussycat.
This exhibition is free to attend and will open on Thursday 5 February from 7pm with a live painting demonstration.
The exhibition will then be open to the public on Friday, from 3pm to 10pm and Saturday, from 9am to 10pm.
'3 Days of Chaos' will showcase paintings from Leonie's Chaos series. This series of abstract expressionist artworks were inspired by the idea of chaos - i.e. disorder, randomness and a lack of cohesion and the Chaos theory, which suggests seemingly random events are in fact predictable and connected.
Each of the displayed artworks began with a random mark on a blank canvas - which perhaps may not have been random at all.
Come and view this fantastic exhibition by a local emerging article this weekend.
