Make history by crocheting squares for a public art project
Do you crochet and would like to help out with a large scale yarn-bombing art project? The 2000 Squares Project aims to be installed mid October 2014 in Brisbane CBD and they are calling for squares to be crocheted and donated by the end of September to be included in the final 'pixelated art piece'.

This is a public art project which promises to change the landscape of Brisbane and will be incorporated with a huge feast, other general yarn-bombing opportunities and a community artistic celebratory installation extravaganza.

If you would like to donate to the project, the pattern is included above and details of the opening event will be posted once donations begin to be received.
