Opinion

I was impressed with this cookbook, however, most recipes would create a mess. I was able to highlight a breakfast, a dinner and a sauce for mini-meals, such as burgers or fries for lunch, as an example. We like to use the air fryer for burgers and fries. The burgers and fries do not even need to be thawed before frying!

Air fryers are the rage these days! When my roommate bought an air fryer, the air fryer paid for itself in one use! If you do not own an air fryer, as the holidays are approaching, you can probably grab one on sale or clearance!

If you can stand a messy kitchen and want healthy fried food, this cookbook is for you!
